Hi, everybody!  Look, I'm doing better  - it's only been about 3 weeks since I last posted.

Let's see what have I been up to...  Well, we went to Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia for Spring Break.  We had a great time.  I wish Jess and I could live next down to each other.  I wish I could be her assistant officer.

Anyway, we did fun stuff like the Georgia Aquarium and Hollywood Connection.  Jess and I cooked a lot.

We spent a couple of days with my parents.  They are doing good and of course the kids love being with Grandma and Papa.

I've been a little busy trying to catch up and make sure everything is in line for Easter.  I am in charge of the Spaghetti Dinner/Silent Auction/Talent Show at the kids school on Thrusday so I've trying up lose ends with that.  I love the people I get to work with from their school.

I'm going to start BSF tomorrow - I'm looking forward to serious study of the Bible and to the fellowship.

I've been a little sad  - I talked to Jessica Hedgren yesterday and Craig just got back from Youth Councils where he got to see the youth from OKC.  I really miss these people.  I know it's just part of it but it was a special time.

Alright, I need to go teach Bible Study.

Peace in and out, dudes!!!!

Okay, so it's been a little longer than 35 days since I lasted posted...  The ridicule at Scrap Book weekend convinced me to a least post day

Things are going good.  Craig and I having been trying to lose weight since the beginning of the year.  Me by way of surgery, Craig by way of the gym.  Craig has lost 30 lbs and he is looking pretty trim.  I've lost 47 lbs and I'm still pretty chubby.  Life is not fair!!!

Austin and Avery are doing good.  Austin is really learning to read and that is exciting.  He likes school and he loves his little buddies.  He has just finished his first season of basketball.  He was very good, but of course, he has a height advantage.  We have recently purchased a basketball goal and we play most days.  Even I am getting better.  I have quite a jump shot.  Of course, the goal is set to 8 1/2 feet.  Austin also loves his playstation.  It's great because it gives me something to threathen him with  There is not a thing that matters that much to Avery.

Avery turned 5 last month.  She is growing up and showing good improvement in her behavior.  She is still as strongwilled as they come but times are better.  She loves her dolls and make-up and she says she wants to be a cheerleader and a mommy when she grows up.  Hopefully not at the same time

Russellville is good and we have gotten use to the small town life.  It is very relaxing.

Okay, I will be out of town for 2 weeks so I may not post until December

Peace Out Dudes!

Hello, everyone!  Okay I have been convinced to start trying to keep up with my xanga site.  Things are going well here in Russellville.  We love the community and the corps people are unbelievable in a good way.

Austin and Avery are struggling some at school.  We think we might need to make a change but we are seeking the Lord's guidance.  Parenting decisions are so gut wrenching!!!

Craig is on disaster and loving it!  He is having way to much fun!!!  His incident commander is his best friend, Davie.  That never happens to me.  I would go on disaster and my incident commander would be Hitler  Anyway, I'm glad he's enjoying it.

Life has been a little crazy without him, but you rise to the occassion.

Okay, that's all for now.  I'll get the hang of it and it'll won't be 35 days until I post again.

Peace out, dudes!!!!
